At WorkBeaver Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to feel confident in securing your spot for our upcoming AI automation software. Because our orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, all financial transactions and refunds are securely handled through their platform in accordance with our policies below.

Pre-Reservation Refunds (Pre-Launch Phase)
We understand that waiting for a new product takes patience. If you have purchased a pre-reservation to secure early access and cover your first month of service, your purchase is fully risk-free before the product launches.
Full Refund Guarantee: You may request a 100% full refund of your pre-reservation payment at any time, for any reason, prior to the official launch date of the software.
Cancellation of Spot: Please note that requesting a refund will forfeit your reserved spot in our early access queue.
Active Subscription Refunds (Post-Launch Phase)
Once our software officially launches and your pre-reservation is converted into an active account (covering your first month of service), the following standard subscription policies will apply:
Initial 14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee following the official launch date. If you access the software and determine it is not the right fit for you within the first 14 days of your account becoming active, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.
Ongoing Subscriptions: After the initial 14-day period has passed, all subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your recurring subscription, you will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
Paddle's Role in Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means they securely process your initial payment, manage your future subscription billing, and facilitate all approved refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team by emailing contact@workbeaver.com.
Include the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]".
Provide the email address you used to purchase the pre-reservation.
Include the Paddle Order ID or a copy of the receipt emailed to you by Paddle at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed by Paddle. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as our software develops, we officially launch, and our data practices change. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
